Our company, which started to provide services in the field of website design in the 2000s when the internet started to become widespread, was founded by our founder Abdülkadir Şanlısoy and has provided web design, web programming, internet technology infrastructure services since then. Today, it provides services with its own brands in different sectors such as production, export, electronics and technology product sales.

Abdülkadir ŞANLISOY , who studied in the Electronics department of an industrial vocational high school and thought that it would not be possible to advance in the field of electronics in the future despite still being in high school, was buying the famous technology magazines of the period with the money he saved from his pocket money and was following the technological developments in the light of the information he learned from them. He became interested in the field of web design from the articles like "make your own website" in the magazines he read and started to improve himself in web design.
He wanted to provide solutions to the problems of businesses with the services he produced in the field of web technologies. With the support of his father, he launched his first venture at the age of 17.
Since he was not old enough to establish a company according to official institutions, he started his business life in 2003 with the name Baynet Bilişim registered in his father's name.
First Business Venture
In the early 2000s when we made our first commercial venture, businesses in Anatolia were just beginning to get acquainted with computer technologies and were partially using the internet. The demand for our business, which we opened with the aim of providing services in the field of web technologies, was very limited, and the demands that arose were managed by companies that had been providing computer sales and technical service for many years. In order to keep the company we had established on its feet, we had to provide services in the field of technology product supply and technical service, where there was a high demand, and we achieved success in this field. However, we decided to stop the commercial activities of Baynet Bilişim because it was undermining progress in the field of web technologies, where we wanted to be active.
Abdülkadir Şanlısoy decided to improve himself in marketing with the experiences he gained at Baynet Bilişim. In 2007, he worked as a brand consultant in a company that provides brand/patent registration services nationwide. He improved himself in customer experience and sales in the service sector.
He started working as a graphic design personnel with an offer from the Denizli Municipality Press and Public Relations Unit in 2008. He left Denizli Municipality, where he started working to gain corporate culture, towards the end of 2009 with an offer from a project abroad.
He made many developments specific to the needs of the company he went to in early 2010 to carry out the tasks of creating information processing systems and digital assets. He returned to Turkey permanently at the end of 2010 after the civil war that broke out in the country.
In 2011, with the desire to provide professional services to businesses in the field of web technologies, he started his commercial activities under the registered name Baynet Agency under the name of his wife Kerime ŞANLISOY . The company, which provides many specific services in its field, grew very quickly.
At the end of 2012, a corporate restructuring decision was made to respond to the rapidly increasing number of customers. With units such as marketing, accounting, design and programming, we started to provide services to customers from A to Z with a single point solution approach.
In those years, the problems experienced in the shortage of qualified personnel were added to the financial burdens of unbalanced rapid growth and the company became unmanageable. Abdülkadir Şanlısoy, who tried to endure all these difficulties for a long time, was forced to close the company with a large debt.
He started working in television in 2014 with an offer from the TV channel where he previously served as Baynet Agency. He developed a special live broadcast technology for television. In addition, he provided web technology services in the television agency.
He started working here after receiving an offer from a nut machinery company to provide web technology services, to manage the technology needs of the company. He developed many web technologies for the company.
Abdülkadir Şanlısoy, who wanted to provide services to corporate customers with an unconventional approach to domain name registration services, hosting services, web design, web programming, search engine optimization, live broadcast systems, cloud systems, CRM and other consultancy services that he has developed over the years since 2003, founded Şanlısoy Technology and Software Services company in 2021.
In 2021, we started to provide services with HOST34, which provides internet technology infrastructure services such as domain name registration and web hosting, with a structure where all processes can be managed online.
Our company, which decided to evaluate the demands from abroad in 2022, started to provide services in the field of export with our brand RUMİNA, which produces the products requested by its customers and manages the organization from production and supply process to export to delivery.
Since its establishment in 2024, we have started to provide our services in the supply of technological products as a dealer of Turkey's leading technology distributors under the BAYNET brand.
Our company, which has become a service provider in many sectors today, is growing and moving forward with its business partners with confident steps towards the future.
