Terms and Conditions and General Service Agreement
These Terms and Conditions define the legal framework for the use of any service, content, and digital asset offered through sanlisoy.com ("Platform"), operated by Şanlısoy Technology and Internet Services ("Company"). By accessing the Platform, you accept these terms without reservation.
I. Scope of Service and Intellectual Property Rights
The web software, design components, source codes, technical documentations, and brands (Şanlısoy Technology, Rumina, etc.) offered on the Platform are protected under international intellectual property laws.
- A. Ownership: Ownership of all visual and written content on the Platform belongs exclusively to Şanlısoy Technology.
- B. License: Unless explicitly permitted in writing by the Company; copying, reverse engineering, or distribution of content for commercial purposes is prohibited.
II. User Obligations and Principles of Use
The user undertakes to comply with the following principles while using the Platform:

While our Company shows the highest care for the continuity of the technological infrastructure (99.9% uptime target); it cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from force majeure, telecommunication infrastructure failures, or defaults of third-party service providers (Cloud, CDN, etc.). Services are provided on an "as-is" basis.
IV. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to external websites not controlled by the Company. Şanlısoy Technology is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or service quality of these sites. Use of these links is at the user's own responsibility.
V. Termination and Amendment Rights
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally update these Terms and Conditions at any time based on technological developments or legal requirements. Updated terms become effective upon publication. The Company has the right to suspend access without notice in case of violation.
VI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the implementation or interpretation of this agreement shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Denizli Courts and Execution Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
